Hello, I’m Büşranur Pampal, the founder of San Coiffeur Başakşehir.
In most salons, the hijab-friendly sections are tucked away — small, windowless, and poorly ventilated areas with only a couple of chairs.
Even though we pay the same prices as uncovered clients, the service environment often isn’t equal, and that used to bother me.
That’s why I decided to create a salon exclusively for women, where every woman can feel comfortable, respected, and valued.

Since both my mother and father are hairdressers, I’ve been familiar with this profession for two generations.
However, the older generation and today’s generation are completely different.

Hello, I’m Serhat Akça, 28 years old. I’ve been a part of the San Coiffeur family for about 7 years, and for the past year, I’ve been the owner of the San Coiffeur Karaköy branch. I first connected with San Coiffeur through social media, which opened the door to this amazing journey.

My name is Ali Can Özkan, and I’ve been working since I was about 14 years old. In the early years, I was more of an apprentice, but after completing my military service, I officially began my career in this profession. I have been managing San Coiffeur for approximately five years.

Hello, I’m Cüneyt Yardımlı, born in 1973. I started my career in this profession in 1988, beginning in Acıbadem. I believe I’ve had the opportunity to work in some of the best places in the industry — my 1990s were spent working around Bağdat Avenue and Moda, where I gained valuable experience and honed my craft.

Hello, I’m Yunus Akdemir, 24 years old. I’ve been in this profession for about 15 years. In my 9th year, I started working in the hairdressing industry. After working for around 10 months at the San Coiffeur Acıbadem Central Branch, I transferred to the San Coiffeur Bursa Branch, where I worked for one year. Later, I joined the Pendik Branch, where I became a partner. Following that, together with my partners from Pendik, we established the San Coiffeur Maltepe Branch.

I’m one of those who have witnessed San Coiffeur’s growth since its very first branch.
After my path crossed with Mustafa Batur, my own career advanced rapidly — I first became the Nişantaşı branch manager, and later, a partner of the İzmir branch.
Not long after, we successfully opened our second branch in İzmir, marking another proud milestone in this journey.

Many of my colleagues hesitate to open San Coiffeur branches in regions like Central Anatolia, but they’re missing out on the great potential in cities such as Konya and Kayseri.
I decided to continue my professional journey in Konya, after years of working in Ankara, by opening a new branch there.
It may seem risky to some, but for me, it was the right move—and I’ve proven that it truly was.

For years, I admired Mr. Yusuf and always dreamed of being part of this organization. After the Hatay earthquake in 2023, I reached out to him, and he introduced me to Mr. Ecan from the Antalya branch. That meeting marked the beginning of a journey that eventually led us to become branch partners. Everything has been going incredibly well since then — I highly recommend this experience to everyone.

I’ve been familiar with the San Coiffeur family for three years, and I’ve been a branch manager for the past seven months.
I’m one of those who started as a regular employee and eventually became a branch owner within San Coiffeur.
Seeing that my 2.5 years of hard work have paid off makes me truly happy.
